THE COOKING RACKS ARE BRUSHED DOWN AND OILED WITH CANOLA OIL...NEVER ANY DETERGENT OR CHEMICALS USED... THERE ARE NEW ALUMINUM DRIP PANS INSTALLED...SO ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS FIRE UP THE PIT, THROW SOME GOOD FOOD ON, AND ENJOY COOKING ON A PROFESSIONAL BBQ PIT...
WHEN FINISHED, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PLACE TO CLEAN THE PIT, OR DON'T FEEL LIKE GETTING DIRTY, NO PROBLEM... WE HAVE YOU COVERED AND WILL DO IT FOR THE DEPOSIT OF $30...

Okay folks, This is the Largest Mobile BBQ Pit in our fleet ..."Bubba 500" is a 500 gal Reverse flow Smoker (made by BUBBA GRILLS) ..... It is capable of cooking 50 10lb Butts at once... 2 100 pound Whole Hogs at once.. 140 Half Chickens at once.... or 60 Slabs of Ribs at once ... Definitely large enough for your fund raiser or large catering job ! ... It is equipped with 2 high volume LP Burners for doing a Fish Fry, A Seafood Boil, Pots of Chili, or anything you want .... Also, there is a large wood storage on the front for some of our Seasoned Hickory Wood..... This pit requires a 2 5/16 inch Ball and 4-pin connector for the lights... The name says it all... Bubba is a "Bubba Grills" 250R (R meaning Reverse Flow)..... The Bubba 250r is one of the most used mobile pits on the competition circuit. This pit is very versatile... It has two large slide outs with approximately 24 square feet of grate area. "Big Bubba" is the answer... It is the same basic pit as the Bubba 250r with the addition of a large cooking chamber above the fire box... The chamber has 4 30x30 inch slide out racks for an additional 20 square feet of grate area ... There are also 2 lp burners on the front for doing a fish fry or a corn boil etc... A large storage area on the backside is ideal for hauling a load of our seasoned Hickory wood as well as your tail gaiting supplies ...

The "Bubba Plus" offers the best of both worlds... Smoking and Grilling... It has three large slide out racks in the smoker with approximately 30 square feet of grate area. With 2 racks in you can smoke approx 30 butts at a time, or remove the upper rack and do a 120 lb whole hog. If ribs, chicken, or both are on the menu, use all three pull out racks and do some serious volume .... On the rear of the unit is a double shelf charcoal grill for finishing off those smoked ribs or grill burgers and dogs while smoking meat in the smoker... There are 2 high volume LP Burners on the front of the rig for frying fish or doing a crab boil etc...
